Life as a student can be hard – or some things can be difficult to handle by yourself, especially as an exchange student in a foreign country far away from home.

Want to talk with someone?

You are always welcome to contact the student chaplains for a talk – regardless of the kind of crisis you have in your life.

It could be about relationships, grief, worries, stress, finding your path, loneliness, or religious and spiritual issues.

You decide what you want to talk about during our session. The student chaplain is bound to professional secrecy. The counselling offered by the student chaplain is available to all students, regardless of religious beliefs, and it is free of charge. We can meet once or several times – if necessary. You can text, call or send an e-mail to make an appointment.

Price: Free for all students
Duration: One-hour sessions

The conversations usually take place in our offices, so we can sit quietly together and talk. However, if you are more comfortable with other types of conversation, we also offer the following alternatives (when you book your conversation, just specify that you would like one of the other types):

  1. Phone conversation
  2. Video conversation (using e.g. Skype or Facetime)
  3. Walking conversation; if the weather allows it, we will take a long walk while talking.
  4. E-mail correspondence; if you prefer written conversation, we can chat or exchange e-mails.
