Welcome to the site for the student chaplains at Aarhus University and VIA University College Aarhus.

The main function of the chaplains is to offer free conversations to students who find themselves in a position where they need someone to talk to (see the counselling page).

The chaplains are ministers in the Evangelical-Lutheran Church in Denmark, and are therefore of the Protestant faith. However, they are also trained specifically in counselling, and while their Christian faith is naturally with them at all times, the students who come to see them need not be Christian or religious in any way, and the conversations focus on whatever the student wants to talk about.
